This home had been listed as part of a terrace of houses, all of which had been extended prior to the listing. This left us with the need to try and squeeze the maximum amount of accommodation into the space (limited by the need to make the extension invisible from the road) and also open the house up to the garden. What resulted was a very modern extension to a listed property with an opening corner, allowing the house to unfold into the garden space.
