This project is at the site of our Botley Road replanning and refurbishment project. The house was bought with an existing annexe/ office building next to the house. We worked with the homeowners to design them a low- energy, highly- insulated living space with photovoltaics and an air- to- water heat pump. The perfect accompaniment to this is provided with them having adopted an EV as their main form of family transport.
