physical modelling

we find that nothing helps our clients and planning officers imagine the new spaces like a physical model, that can be picked up, looked over, and taken apart. should you require this as an aid to understanding your project we can advise of the best scale and type of model.

building regulations approval

to ensure that your project is safe for you and the environment we can deal with your building regulations application and advise which areas could be targetted to perform above and beyond the requirements of building regulations to provide you with a building that is more comfortable long-term with lower running costs and "greener" credentials.

health and safety compliance

should your project be of a size that requires it comply with the CDM regulations, we can advise you on the appointment of suitable consultants to deal with this aspect of the building work.

disability discrimination act compliance

since 2004 those offering services to the public have had to ensure that they do not discriminate against those with different mobility/ visual/ acoustic requirements. where this applies to your project we can advise to ensure that you comply with the requirements of this act of parliament.
