Sympathetic restoration and extension of an older property

Overview

Mr and Mrs Willett came to dwell design for assistance with their 1930s detached house which they had acquired as two separate flats which they wished to reconvert into a single family dwelling; their 'forever' house.

The house had suffered from years of neglect as rented maisonettes and its lime mortar construction and the effects of trees located close to the house had caused further damage.
