Solution for a poorly extended property

Overview

Mr and Mrs Chanter came to dwell design for a replan of their recently purchased 1960s house.

Previous extensions had left the house badly dislocated and with no clear entrance or reception rooms. A recently added uPVC conservatory also split their promising rear garden area in two.

dwell design replanned the interior of the house to make it more welcoming and useable. A new garden room, designed from materials chosen for their minimal environmmental impact, completes the rear of the house.
