Remodelling and extension of a Spanish-style property on the south coast

Our client came to us with a simple brief. Having failed to achieve planning permission for an extension and remodel of their property with another designer, they wanted to gain planning permission for a substantial extension and remodelling with a realistic budget. They loved their new house with its generous plot, but felt that the design of the Spanish-style property let it down. We have recently achieved planning permission for this substantial remodelling and extension where Havant Borough Council cited us again for providing a "High Quality Design" which complies with their design standards and guidance.

This project will begin on site in 2012.
