- initial consultation - to understand your needs
- appointment - to agree what we will do for you
- feasibility - discussion of the initial designs
- design sign-off - once you are happy with the design we will take it to the next stage
- planning approval - we submit your scheme for approval, dealing with all the paperwork
- building regulations - more information is added to the package to ensure that the design is best for you and the planet, and submitted for approval
- tender - detail drawings and specifications for pricing are issued to a number of different builders, to ensure the best value
- contract administration - we manage the project on-site, dealing with queries and ensuring the quality is delivered
